The ITSC Service Desk, first opened in July 2012, has now stepped into the 4th operation year. Colleagues from User Services Team and IT Technical Services & AV Technology Team jointly contribute their expertise to assist our users to overcome their IT enquiries or teaching facilities usage. The team currently consists of 13 members.
