Qualtrics is a very user-friendly cloud-based general survey system. It replaces the HKUST Survey Tool starting from the end of 2015. The system helps you conduct different kinds of surveys for research studies, activities and event evaluations, etc.

The system supports a wide range of question types. It also supports the survey flow logic, so that questions can be displayed/skipped according to the choices made in previous questions. Reports for response data can be easily prepared and raw response data can also be downloaded in common formats, such as Excel or SPSS, etc.

Supporting mobile devices is one of the major reasons for adopting this new system.

We have conducted 6 rounds of trainings during summer and the response was overwhelming. Most users found Qualtrics very easy to use and more powerful than the old system. We will continue to arrange more trainings in the coming months. Please stay tuned to our future announcements.
