During the summer, the Biochemistry Alumni Association organized a winery tour of The 8th Estate Winery at Ap Lei Chau followed by an evening at the R9 Lounge Bar in Tsim Sha Tsui. It was a great opportunity for biochemistry fellows to share the good times and memories of their time at HKUST.

The Biochemistry Alumni Reunion Dinner 2012 was successfully held in November. Just like last year, they were honored to have Prof Robert Ko as their guest. Dr Michael Huen (Assistant Professor, HKU) and Dr Eddy Wu (Medical Director, Novartis), both HKUST alumni, shared their valuable experiences from their careers.
