The past few months have been particularly eventful for EMBA Walkers Club. In December, the club held its biggest event ever at Bailu Lake in Huizhou and gathered a great number of members. In January, it hosted its first monthly gathering of 2013 at East Shenzhen Beach – with 20km of walking and tasty seafood. Following this joyous event, EMBA Walkers were among 30,000 participants at the Shenzhen Doyouhike 100-km walk in March. Despite the torrential rain, members lent each other a helping hand, with most of them successfully finishing the walk.
