The HKUST Student Publications Reporting System (SPRS) was launched in February 2014.  It records student publications, including journal and conference papers (accepted or published) as well as published books / book chapters and poster abstracts, during their study at HKUST.  

 

The information on publications reported by students will be reviewed in the students’ annual progress reporting exercise.  The system provides a convenient platform for Schools, departments and University Management to keep track of the research output of students.

 

Students are strongly advised to update the system as soon as:

• New papers are accepted / published,

• Previously accepted papers are published, or

• Changes are made to the title of the publication or author information, etc.
