- A new food waste composter will further reduce campus waste by converting it into a soil amendment that can be used on campus.
- Restrooms are being renovated throughout the campus, and new water-efficient fixtures are replacing old inefficient fixtures.
- Behavior change programs continue to engage members of the HKUST community in ways that encourage conservation and the efficient use of resources.
